According to Daily Mail, Tottenham have tracked the player since he broke into the Everton first team.

 

They, however, have little doubts over his decision making, the speed with which he carries the ball and whether he can play alongside Dele Alli in midfield.

With his recent performances, Tottenham finally think he can be a big player and are ready to make the move.

The midfielder is open to remaining at Everton although his desire to play in the Champions League might tempt him to make a move.
